Safety Begins Within.

I’m a relational educator helping people explore their identity, rewrite internal narratives, and build authentic relationships from the nervous system up.

I’m Aubrey Aust, an educator, writer, and MA Candidate at NYU studying relational psychology and philosophy.

My work weaves together body-based awareness, narrative identity, and the practice of relational safety to help people connect more honestly with others, with the world, and with themselves.
