The Monthly Gathering

In Partnership with Flower Cat NYC

Each month, a small, intimate group gathers around a single theme drawn from the psychology of self and relationship. The evening moves through guided reflection, journaling, and group discussion.

Previous topics include:

  • The Psychology of New Beginnings

  • Somatic Psychology and the Practice of Reconnection

  • Healing Through Relational Reflection

  • Narrative Identity for Integration and Closure

We meet on the first Thursday of each month at Flower Cat NYC. Spots are limited.

Open Loops

A Modern Academic Salon

Each salon begins with a single question about desire, power, grief, intimacy, or the structures that shape how we love. Drawing from philosophy, psychoanalysis, and cultural theory, the conversation is the art form.

Previous Salon Topics:

  • What do we sacrifice to belong?

  • Who is allowed to want?

  • What do we owe the people we love?

The Relational Self

The body knows things the mind hasn't named yet. This offering pairs a 60-minute somatic yoga practice with a 60-minute facilitated workshop on the psychology of the relational self, moving from embodied experience directly into psychological inquiry. What we carry in the body about attachment, connection, and concept of self becomes the starting point for the conversation.
